About the Neonatal Unit
We recognise that having a premature or ill baby will be an anxious time for you. However, we will do everything we can to support, inform and guide you throughout your time with us.
A total of 13-cots provide specialist and high dependency care for newly born and premature babies born at 32-weeks and above. Babies who need special care, but are well enough to be with their mother, may be nursed in Transitional Care.
Please ask the nurse looking after your baby if you have any further questions.
Please be aware of operational changes to our neonatal unit as of Thursday 7 July 2016. To read a statement from the Trust regarding the unit click here
