Equality Delivery System (EDS)

The Countess of Chester has successfully implemented the NHS Equality Delivery System (EDS) and  presents the results for 2012.  These results came from a process which involved working with nine external and internal stakeholder groups from across the protected characteristics, who assessed how we are performing over a number of outcomes.
