Time to initial assessment

Data Description
The time relates to the length of
time in minutes that patients arriving by ambulance experience from
arrival in the department to their initial assessment. The target
for Time to Initial Assessment is that 95% of patients who arrive
by Emergency Ambulance should receive their initial assessment
within 15 minutes of arrival. This indicator is aimed at reducing
the clinical risk associated with the time that a patient spends
unassessed in the A&E department.
