Education and Training Centre

The education and training of staff is a high priority for the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

We recognise that our staff are the Trust's most valuable asset and we are committed to providing relevant training and development to support them in delivering modern, high quality and responsive health care services. We also regard investment in every member of staff as important and we are confident that this investment assists recruitment and retention and increased morale across the Trust.

A multidisciplinary Education and Training Centre, which opened in June 2006, provides an excellent facility for staff to further their knowledge and skills in areas relating to their job roles and to their personal development.

We are committed to providing an excellent standard of customer service for both our internal and external customers and we have devised Customer Service Standards that we will strive to meet at all times.
