Marketing and Communications
The role of the award winning Marketing and Communications
department is to understand the needs and wants
of the Trust's stakeholders by gaining insight through
engagement and research, as well as conducting internal and
external communication activities to promote the good work of the
Trust.
The team conducts the following activities as part of their
role:

- On-line Communications
- Corporate Identity
- Trust Membership Communications
- Income Generation

Andrew Duggan
Acting Head of Marketing & Communications
Andrew joined the Trust in December 2007 after working in a
number of sales and marketing roles within the IT,
service and retail industries. He is currently the head of
department and is responsible for managing all internal and
external marketing and communications activities, as well as
developing the strategy of the department in line with the overall
Trust objectives.
Andrew has a PGDIP in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of
Marketing (CIM) and an MBA from the University of Chester.
