The Countess way

The Countess Way encompasses the three major change programmes which we are currently involved with. The three programmes are:

• Transformation Programme
• Quality Improvement Programme
• Cost Reduction Programme

The way we do things here at the Countess generally achieves excellent outcomes for our patients but there are many opportunities to greatly improve the way we deliver services to patients.

Working with Unipart Expert Practices, we continue to work together to transform the patient pathways from the point of entry to the Hospital to the point of discharge, embracing. processes within various departments, and associated medication and discharge procedures. These change programmes have involved staff from almost every area of the hospital and the documents below provide a more detailed insight into some of our stories.
