Working with our communities on equality

The Countess has been collaborating for some time with Patient Representatives, Employees, Carers, Voluntary and Charity organisations who represent the full spectrum of the Protected Characteristics.  These essential partnerships are assisting the Trust in working towards real equality with regard to how it reviews, plans and delivers on functions, policies and services.
