Our Annual Members' Meeting 2020
Come along to our first ever virtual Annual Members’ Meeting to hear about our achievements this year as well as find out about plans for the future. This year’s meeting is taking place on Wednesday 14 October at 5pm and everyone is welcome to attend whether you work at the Countess, are a patient here or live in the local community.
The Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) is a great opportunity to hear about the work that the Trust has been doing over the past year. This year has been particularly challenging and alongside the developments and achievements, the AMM is also a chance to look at what lies ahead in 2021 and beyond. The 2019/20 Annual Report and Accounts will also be presented at the meeting.
The event, hosted by Ms Chris Hannah, Chair, will start at 5pm to allow as many Trust members, colleagues and members of the public to join in as possible. We’re hoping the new time plus the meeting being digital will enable more people to join in from wherever they are, whether it be at home or in the trust.
Questions are welcome at the end of the meeting or they can be submitted ahead of the meeting by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit questions by 12noon on Monday 12 October or ask them on the day.
If you would like to attend the AMM then please email email@example.com to receive a calendar invite with a link to the meeting. The AMM will be held on Microsoft Teams but you do not need to have this software on your device to take part. If you have any questions about the AMM please email the address above.
