Contract / Tender ID: 2015/S 88-158843
Launched by Greg Barker MP at IHEEM in 2011, the Carbon and Energy Fund (CEF) is a co-creation with the NHS for the NHS and now the wider Public Sector. Procured by the Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust in May 2015 to deliver infrastructure upgrades that guarantee energy, carbon and cost savings. With a proven track record and in-depth experience of procurement, engineering, legal and finance, CEF is the only organisation that successfully guides Public Sector clients through the complex processes involved.
In addition to the Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust, the CEF is on track to deliver £300m of projects for the NHS via its Partnership with NHS Scotland and via its collaboration with NHS SBS.
CEF and the Public Sector
CEF Frameworks are available for the entire Public Sector for NON Domestic Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and District Heating. Its Frameworks have been developed to meet the needs of the wider Public Sector via:
