Maternity Patient Experience Survey

As part of our drive for continual improvement, it is essential that we hear and understand the views of our patients after they have been discharged.

If you have given birth at the Countess we would be very grateful if you would take the time to fill in the following short survey about your most recent experience of using our Maternity services.

Alternatively, you can also call 01244 363 666 to take part in a short automated telephone survey.

The information you give us will help ensure that we are better able to tailor our services to the needs of our patients.

Thank you in anticipation of your help.

Yours sincerely,

Julie Fogarty
Head of Midwifery

West Cheshire Maternity Services - Your Chance to Have Your Say

We are currently looking more closely at how maternity services are organised across West Cheshire. We can only do this if we know what it felt like for you to have a baby in the area. During the next six months we will be "Walking the Patch" and asking new parents what they felt it was like to have a baby. We will also be dropping in on local baby cafes, inviting new mums to coffee mornings at the Children's Centres and sending out patient surveys.

Your Ideas and Opinions Matter

Please let us know if you would like to share your experience with us, and make a real difference to the service.

You can:

  • Contact Debbie Smith, Patient Experience Officer on 01244 650317 or email debbie.smith24@nhs.net
  • Email us at wchc.website@nhs.net
  • Contact us on twitter @westcheshireccg
  • Post a comment on our Facebook page West Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group

Also, If you are a member of a group and would like us to come out and talk about what we do, then contact us and we will see what we can do.
