Blood Test Appointment Booking

Please only use our online booking service if you have been referred for a blood test by your GP and are booking an appointment for someone aged 12 or over. 

Blood test appointments for under 12s must be booked by calling Paediatric Outpatients on 01244365082.

If you haven't been referred for a blood test appointment, you need to speak to your GP before booking an appointment.

Please refer to your confirmation email if you wish to amend or cancel your appointment. Our switchboard team are unable to make amendments or cancel appointments over the phone.
