Data Protection Impact Assessments

Data Protection Impact Assessments are carried out within the Trust for all new and changes of service where information will be processing in a different manner.  Unfortunately, we are unable to make these available online at the moment, however, a request can be made to coch.igenquiries@nhs.net to gain access and discuss.
