Why Choose The Countess Charity?
Employees who are actively fundraising in the community in which they are employed / offices based are living, breathing brand ambassadors for your business. They are generating, good stories and content to share whether that is through a press release, website story, social media post or all three, and creating networking opportunities with likeminded business owners and employees.
The fundraising activity can be anything from an auction of promises to a zumbathon organised by staff, arranging matched funding for an event or a more regular and sustained fundraising channel through a charity of the year partnership. Sponsoring one of our well attended events such as the Ladies Lunch or Sportsman’s Dinner, or attending these events, simply supporting with a raffle or auction prize, or entering the Annual Chester Duck Race.
Showing your support in any of the above mentioned ways offers a chance for you to access new customers and retain existing customers, make improvement to services you can offer and offer new ones.
Showing your support to The Countess Charity can allow you to improve, continue, develop, enhance or indeed implement a Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy benefiting the society and environment in which you operate.

“A great charity to be involved with, the team are fantastic and as both a business and a family we have had great fun getting involved with the annual duck race! We have been very proud of our ducks, not only have they raced with the best of them but they have also livened up the company social media accounts while on their travels and given us a great opportunity to network with other businesses. It's been a pleasure to support our local hospital and would recommend others to get involved!”
Bill Pearson from PMC
“The events are always well organised and supported. They offer businesses the opportunity to support an excellent hospital while also gaining some increased profile due to the excellent marketing. The Duck Race is an obvious example and something I will support for many years, so long as it keeps 'quacking'.”
Supporting an event with The Countess Charity is a great way to promote your business to the local community, the hospital community, engage with staff, your customer base and support a local charity at the same time.
Without your help, many of our events could not take place or would not raise the level of funding they do. If you are involved in a local business and are interested in supporting us, please contact our Corporate Fundraising Manager, Hanna on 01244 366397 or email@example.com
