The Fundraising Department is made up of a team of 4 who in turn are supported in their work by an army of willing volunteers!
Angie Lopez - Head of Fundraising
Angie has worked at the Countess of Chester Hospital for over 40 years and is passionate about supporting our hard-working staff and raising funds to provide more for our patients and their families.
Angie welcomes corporates to make contact regarding Event Sponsorship and Corporate Social Responsibility engagement.

Emma Boylan - Donor Support & Digital Fundraiser
Emma has been a member of the Fundraising Team for over 13 years, supporting individuals, communities, and businesses in their fundraising efforts. She manages all online fundraising activities, processes online donations, and oversees the charity's social media platforms, helping to engage supporters and raise awareness of the charity's work.
Emma also manages the charity's lottery, ensuring everything runs smoothly for players and supporters. Whether you're planning a fundraising event, taking on a challenge, or have a new fundraising idea, Emma is always happy to help and would love to hear from you.

Emma Jane Cook - Trust & Legacy Fundraiser
Within her role as Trust & Legacy Fundraiser, Emma Jane thrives on working with kindness, integrity and respect to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and families. Emma Jane's previous working experience, together with her passion and commitment to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, will increase external income generation and achieve continuous improvements for Countess of Chester Hospital, patients and families.

Nicola Stubbs - Corporate & Events Fundraiser
Nicola works with local businesses to support them and their charity goals whether that be running marathons, international trekking or shark diving! Nicola also arranges 2 of our biggest events, The Chester Duck Race and The Chester Santa Dash.
