Friends and Family Test

When you visit the hospital please take a few moments to tell us what you think about the service we provide via our Friends and Family Test. You can leave this feedback on the cards provided in the ward and outpatient areas or if we send you a follow up text message. Tell us what you think and whether or not you would recommend the Trust to family and friends.
