Board of Directors meetings

Our Board of Director meetings will take place on the dates listed below. The meeings are held in public and members of the public and Trust members who would like to observe the meeting should email coch.cochboardandcommittees@nhs.net to confirm their attendance prior to the meetings.

Please note that Board of Directors meetings are held in public but they are not public meetings and participation in the meeting is not permitted by those observing. There is an opportunity for questions to be raised, relating to agenda items, during dedicated time at the end of each meeting.

Annual Members' Meeting:

The 2026 Annual Members Meeting will be taking place on Monday 28 September, 3pm – 5pm on Microsoft Teams. 

The meeting is open to everyone and provides an opportunity to hear more about the work of the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, reflect on the past year and hear about the progress we have made and the work that continues. It is also an opportunity for our members, patients, families, staff and members of our local community to hear from our leaders and find out more about the Trust's priorities for the year ahead.​
