Becoming a Member of the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a simple, practical and rewarding way for you to say ‘thank you’ to your local hospital.
We'd love to hear from you!
Right now, the hospital is looking for more people from every community, age group and every background to join the Trust. This will provide the widest possible cross-section of views and ideas to help us the be the best we can.
Who can become a public member?
Membership is open to people who are:
- Aged 11 or over.
- Residents of England and Wales.
- Patients, carers, or staff of the Trust.

Step-by-step guide to joining
- Complete the membership application form (can also be posted to you - please contact our Membership Office to request a paper copy).
- Submit the form: Return the completed form via the provided methods.
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your membership and information about upcoming events and elections.
