The Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) is the new way that the NHS looks at patient safety incidents. The Trust’s PSIRF plan aims to provide guidance and clarity about how we intend to respond to patient safety incidents.

The Trust is committed to meeting equality standards that are assessed through NHS England mechanisms for measuring improvement in equality. This includes the Equality Delivery System, and our assessment outcomes report for 2023/24 is included here. The Trust is pleased to engage with both our staff and our patients in these processes.
